Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices, progress billings, and monthly statements for active construction projects.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and project information within the accounting system to ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and ahead of deadlines - contract terms, billing-terms, and job-cost information.
• Assist with month-end processes by reconciling billing, receivables, and project cost information.
• Partner with company leaders to gather documentation before invoices are sent to clients.
