Job summary

Local Middleburg Factory is seeking stamping press operators to join the production team in Middleburg Heights. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.

Candidates should have some experience in stamping or related production, including setting up coil material, mounting progressive dies, and operating automatic presses. Visual inspection, and adherence to control plans, are essential skills.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stamping presses or similar production equipment.
• Able to read control plans and gauges; good visual inspection.
• Willingness to work a Monday–Friday shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up coil material and mount progressive dies.
• Run production on automatic presses.
• Troubleshoot production and adjust settings.
• Inspect parts for defects using gauges and fixtures.
• Follow control plans for part production.

We will consider individuals with less experience but candidates should have some experience in one or more

• Setting up coil material, mounting progressive dies, and running production on automatic presses.
• Knowing how to troubleshoot production and make adjustments.
• Being familiar with Manual/Automatic Controls is a plus
• Inspecting for visual defects and part dimensions using gauges, fixtures, etc.
• Working off control plans for part production
