The role requires a natural leader who can empower teamwork, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and delegate tasks to ensure positive patient outcomes. Night shifts and full-time hours are available.

The position emphasizes professional growth, knowledge sharing, and collaboration to support high-quality patient care on a diverse, multi-specialty unit.

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates leadership within unit or department.
