St. Bernards Healthcare is seeking an RN licensed in Arkansas to assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients daily under the supervision of the Director, Patient Care Manager, Assistant Patient Care Manager and the RN in charge.

This safety-sensitive position requires adherence to hospital policies and the ability to operate technical equipment encountered in patient care, with overtime and call-back as required by the hospital.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Arkansas.
• Knowledge of hospital and department policies and procedures; ability to follow patient care procedures.
• Ability to operate technical equipment as acquired through orientation. Safety sensitive position.

Responsabilités

• Assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients daily under the supervision of the Director, Patient Care Manager, Assistant Patient Care Manager and the RN in charge.
• Overtime and call-back may be required by the hospital.
• Work in a normal hospital environment with exposure to hazards and physically demanding tasks such as lifting and transferring patients.
