Job summary

Qualifications

• PA RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Multi-State Compact RN license required or PA RN license required.
• 2 years experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• General experience in case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for outpatients during scheduled physician visits or telephone encounters.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and health-care team to individualize patient care.
• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and comply with licensing and department procedures.
