Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Columbia, SC, delivering individualized patient care using the nursing process and collaborating with the health care team to achieve safe, effective outcomes.

Requires Associate degree in nursing with SC RN licensure or compact state, and current BLS; ACLS is required. 36-hour work week, day shift, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus for new hires with experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (SC or compact state)
• Current BLS required (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform full range of mobility tasks
