Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks a Progressive Care Registered Nurse in Murfreesboro, TN, to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for acutely ill patients. You will perform continuous assessments and cardiac/telemetry monitoring, administer IV meds, and deliver post-operative care for step-down patients.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Experience in cardiac, telemetry, or step-down units preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to acutely ill patients.
• Perform continuous patient assessment, cardiac and telemetry monitoring.
