Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to staff a Progressive Care Unit in Idaho Falls. You will monitor unstable adult patients transitioning from ICU, perform rapid assessments, manage complex IV therapies, and document care in the EMR with precision.

You will collaborate with intensivists and the care team to coordinate treatment, respond promptly to deterioration, and ensure safe, effective transitions out of the ICU while maintaining patient and family communication.

Qualifications

Job description

Registered Nurse (Progressive Care Unit)

Provide high-acuity, step-down care for clinically unstable adult patients transitioning from ICU. Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, including escalation to rapid response when needed.

Manage complex IV therapies and perform comprehensive patient assessments to support safe, effective care.

Collaborate with intensivists and an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment and ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the EMR.
