Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems in the United States seeks a Program Lead for the Solid Rocket Motor program, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to drive critical milestones. You will direct program planning, allocate resources, manage staffing and reporting, and oversee P&L to ensure milestones are met.

Candidates should have an associate degree with 8–10 years' experience or equivalent; proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong collaboration
