Qualifications

• NICET II Certification and Denver Fire Alarm Installer Card are required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Compliance with federal and state codes is required.
• Backflow Certification and additional licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, manuals, and diagrams.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inspections and testing of alarm systems and extinguishers (NFPA standards).
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and fleet vehicles.
• Perform basic math and lift equipment up to 80 lbs.
• Safely operate ladders up to 28 ft.
• Participate in weekly safety trainings and use PPE.
• Learn construction phases, building codes, and NFPA 72.
• Use Honeywell CLSS software and mobile tools for system management.
• Accurately complete paperwork and manage inventory.
• Follow company vehicle policies and maintain safe driving habits.
