NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Programme Officer to join the Programme Management Office, contributing to Transforming Together and related programmes. You will support planning, reporting, and delivery within a structured governance framework, coordinating boards and ensuring milestones are met.
This permanent full-time role is based at JB Russell House, Gartnavel Campus, Glasgow, with a hybrid pattern and at least 3 days in the office each week; standard 9am-5pm, five days.

An opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Planning Team for a Programme Officer to join the Programme Management Office (PMO).
The post holder will contribute to the planning, management, reporting and delivery of the Transforming Together and GGC Way Forward programmes, alongside other strategic programmes as required. Reporting through the established governance framework, you will manage a defined portfolio of change programmes, supporting Programme and Project Boards to oversee delivery, monitor progress and realise impact.
You will help ensure projects and programmes are delivered using appropriate project management methodologies and lifecycle approaches, enabling robust and effective delivery.
Working within a busy team and to challenging deadlines, you will be required to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery. You will work closely with senior colleagues and subject matter experts across the organisation to coordinate activity and manage interdependencies.
This is a permanent full-time post of 36 hours per week.
This is role is on a hybrid setup; at home and based at JB Russell House, Gartnavel Campus, G12 0XH. With a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
The shift pattern is 5 days, 9am to 5pm.
