Job summary

Saint Francis Ministries seeks a Program Training Specialist to deliver hands-on training for Case Managers and staff, including assessments, documentation, and court preparation throughout Kansas.

You will conduct individual and group training, develop training agendas, monitor plans, and participate in onboarding of new hires, with monthly follow-ups and travel as needed to client sites and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with children/youth and families.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Kansas preferred.
• Must pass drug screen, MVR, Kansas Bureau of Investigation check, and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct individual or group training to new hires or staff.
• Develop and/or facilitate program-wide trainings for CMP staff.
• Attend team meetings to build positive working relationships with Supervisors and Case Teams.
• Travel throughout Kansas to provide training to SFM staff and others as designated by Program Leadership.
• Submit training documentation and evaluations within 24 business hours of the training.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff following the organization’s SOPs.
