Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Program Therapist- Inpatient to deliver individual, couples, and family counseling within our inpatient program. You will collaborate with community agencies, assess psychosocial functioning, and document responses to interventions, aiming to improve emotional health for patients and their families.

Responsibilities include short- and long-term therapy, crisis intervention, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and setting measurable goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related mental health field.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois as a mental health professional is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a psychiatric health care facility with family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and strong assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual/couples/family counseling with engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with community agencies for patient assessment and services.
• Evaluate and document effectiveness of interventions and patient responses.
