• Review and/or process detailed and technical forms, files, etc., for multiple departmental programs or program areas.
• Handle forms requiring detailed program knowledge to perform calculations and/or processing when guidelines are not clear.
• Provide sensitive program information and/or direction to the public, employees, or other jurisdictions as part of duties.
