Job summary

Corner Alliance is a dynamic consulting firm actively supporting a Federal government client in a semiconductor R&D program. The role focuses on program support, task tracking, SharePoint repository maintenance, and developing communications for diverse audiences.

You will work on a hybrid team at the client site in Boulder, CO, with some remote days. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ professional experience are required, along with strong organizational and communication skills and eligibility

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with experience in task tracking, project planning and process improvement.
  • Experience with SharePoint or other digital content repositories.
  • Proficiency in developing clear and effective communications for diverse audiences.
  • Direct experience working on a daily basis to advise senior level clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Interest in the semiconductor R&D topics and the ability to pick up technical subject matter quickly.
  • US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and foster positive rapport with federal government clients in a professional, creative environment.
  • Maintain and update project plans, tracking new client requests and ensuring tasks are organized and prioritized effectively.
  • Maintain a Digital Repository in SharePoint accessible to senior stakeholders across industry, academia and government, posting updates and event announcements.
  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person event logistics, including scheduling, attendee management, tool support, speaker coordination, and day-of coordination.
  • Develop clear communications tailored to multiple audiences with differing needs.
  • Support senior-level clients by creating agendas, presentations, and PowerPoint materials.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and draft after-action reports summarizing outcomes and next steps.

About the Role:

As a Program Support Specialist, you will support one of our Federal government clients, contributing to a cutting-edge research and development (R&D) program dedicated to advancing semiconductor innovation. This role involves supporting managing task tracking and organization, maintaining a SharePoint digital repository, developing communications for diverse audiences, and providing virtual and in-person event planning and logistical support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Quickly establish, develop, and foster positive rapport with federal government clients in a professional, creative environment
  • Maintain and update project plans, tracking new client requests and ensuring tasks are organized and prioritized effectively
  • Maintain a Digital Repository in Sharepoint which is utilized across senior level stakeholders in industry, academia and government. Includes posting updates and announcements for events and ensuring documents remain organized and accessible.
  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person event logistics, including scheduling, attendee management, tool support, speaker coordination, and day-of event coordination and support.
  • Develop clear and engaging communications tailored to multiple audiences with differing needs.
  • Support senior-level clients by creating agendas, presentations, and PowerPoint materials.

Location:

You will work as part of a hybrid team at the client site in Boulder, CO. Remote work may be an option multiple days per week.

Required Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in project/program support
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in task tracking, project planning and process improvement.
  • Experience with SharePoint or other digital content repositories.
  • Proficiency in developing clear and effective communications for diverse audiences.
  • Direct experience working on a daily basis to advise senior level clients
