Job summary

The Arizona Department of Economic Security is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to lead Vocational Rehabilitation staff under RSA guidelines. The role focuses on hiring, coaching, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with RSA policies.

A hybrid work arrangement is available within Arizona. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field and supervisory experience, with CRCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field; plus one year experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• One year of supervisory or management experience.
• CRCC certification preferred.
• Valid Level One Arizona fingerprint clearance card required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of Vocational Rehabilitation staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluating, and training.
• Analyze unit reports and case management/performance data to determine actions.
• Represent RSA in community partnerships and stakeholder meetings; engage in outreach.
• Respond to client inquiries and appeals as needed.
• Facilitate team meetings, assign workloads, and staff case staffing.
• Review cases for quality assurance and approve client cases.
