Job summary

SAGE Counseling Inc seeks a Program Supervisor for Outpatient Services in the Greater Phoenix area. The role involves guiding clinical staff, overseeing supervision, and providing ongoing training and support to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $6,000 with pay up to $71,000 per year, depending on experience. Office location will be determined by your Glendale-based base in Maricopa County.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services.
• Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) – AZ-BBHE licensed.
• Two years of experience in behavioral health/mental health services.
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to clinical staff in outpatient programs.
• Assist in delivering high-quality, client-centered services.
• Coordinate staff development and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area - SAGE has offices throughout all of Maricopa Co. - your office will be determined by your location.

Pay: up to $71,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
• Required: Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
• Highly preferred:At least two (2) years’ experience providing behavioral health/mental health services
