Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor for Residential Services in Park Hills, MO. You\'ll lead Direct Support Professionals, hire and train staff, and ensure daily home operations meet care standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5 years caregiving experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Help hire, train, and schedule your team to build the crew you want.
• Oversee daily operations of the home and ensure high care quality and compliance.
• Ensure each person\'s support plan is followed and documented accurately.
• Step in with meal prep, personal care, and medication administration (certification required).
• Help individuals participate in and enjoy their community.

Program Supervisor - Residential Services

What You'll Do

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Experience in direct care, IDD services, or human services is a strong plus
• Age 18+, a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
• Able to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organization skills
