Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually
The Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned programs within the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development. Responsibilities include program development and planning, staffing, scheduling, marketing and promotional activities, instructional quality, student relations, and ongoing program oversight. The Program Supervisor monitors program operations and outcomes to ensure high-quality instruction, effective delivery, and alignment with divisional goals and standards.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in program development and coordination of non-credit courses, including workforce training and/or Kids and Teens programming. Prefer supervisory experience and background in working with community organizations and outreach programs. Business experience preferred but not required.
Other: Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel between various college sites and off-campus locations. Able to lift at least 20lb. cartons (books, laptops, supplies).
Demonstrates understanding of the community college mission and practices an open-door policy.
Strong knowledge essential in pedagogy and assessment needed to drive goal development and implementation related to student success.
Experience in K-12 educational programs in a community college environment is desirable. Background in Adult, Continuing, or Community Education preferred.
Working proficiency in various CRM software products, reporting tools, and web-based marketing.
Technology skills are essential, with proficiency required in the use of the Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, and online learning management systems.
Ability to collaborate with community and college partners.
Solid financial ability needed to manage the budget and grant responsibilities.
Detail-oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently and as a team. Must be able to work with a diverse, multi-generational population.
Must be competent in the areas outlined in the major responsibilities noted above.
