Sevita is seeking a Residential Group Home Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities, implement programs, and coordinate services for individuals receiving support.

You will lead Direct Care Staff, ensure onboarding and ongoing training, and collaborate with families, guardians, and regulatory bodies to maintain safe living environments.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $48,000–$53,000, plus incentive pay, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for career advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or 2+ years direct work experience.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year and in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.

• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program

• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited university / college, or a minimum of 2 years of progressive, direct work experience.
• 7 years of progressive, direct work experience in human services or the medical field will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor degree
• Valid driver's license for a minimum 1 year in good standing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
