As a Program Supervisor, you will lead with purpose and compassion — creating a home environment where individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered. You’ll guide your team, strengthen operations, ensure compliance, and model the standard of care we expect at Above Expectations. Your leadership will directly influence both staff success and quality of life for the individuals we serve.

You are organized, solution-focused, and committed to ensuring both staff and individuals receive the support they deserve.
This is a full-time position that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and participation in an on‑call rotation. Program Supervisors are expected to provide after‑hours support and respond to emergencies when necessary.
This role is based within residential group homes and requires active engagement in the home environment. The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds, assisting individuals with mobility as needed, and responding effectively in emergency or crisis situations.
