Job summary

The Program Supervisor leads the delivery of high-quality social and recreational programs while guiding and supporting staff to create inclusive and engaging experiences. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role ensures members can learn, connect, and thrive in many ways. Evening and weekend availability are required for this role.

Primary Benefits

Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,000 annually

Supervise, support, and evaluate Activity Instructors and volunteers to ensure high-quality delivery of programs, events, and excursions.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback, and lead regular team meetings with clear follow-up expectations.
Develop inclusive curriculum and provide lesson plans, modifications, and supports to provide a meaningful experience to members of all abilities.
Ensure program quality by monitoring implementation, maintaining staff ratios, and scheduling.
Manage the coordination of budgets, supplies, transportation, and facility upkeep.
Complete attendance, incident reports, and other required documentation.

Skills You Bring to CEL

Bachelor’s degree; or one to two years program leadership experience; or equivalent combination of both.
Experience supervising staff or coordinating team functions with strong leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar platforms.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
