Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a part-time Program Specialist to support our Ninja Warrior program. The role requires evening and weekend availability to run practices, games and clinics.

Ideal candidates would be creating lesson plans for ages 5-11, purchasing necessary materials and providing leadership to other staff. We value individuals who communicate well with parents and children, work effectively as part of a team, and are eager to learn and grow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Available to work weekday evenings and weekends to facilitate practices, games and clinics.

• Purchase necessary materials for the Ninja Warrior program.

The Tuckahoe YMCA is currently seeking part time Program Specialist to help with our Ninja Warrior program! The pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS Of a Program Specialist

Program specialist should know the basic rules of the sport, work well with young people, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with parents and children. If you are interested in helping with a specific sport but don't have experience, we will train you!
