Job summary
Easterseals NH is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Community Based Services team in a residential home in Concord. The role supports three adult women and reports to the Program Manager. You will train and mentor Direct Support Associates, ensure documentation, and participate in program development and delivery.
The position is full-time with weekend flexibility, requiring documentation, transportation duties, and direct support responsibilities as needed. Hourly pay; benefits available.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Services or related field with 1 year of Direct Support experience, or high school diploma with 2 years of Direct Support experience.
- Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review, monitor and participate in developing, implementing and monitoring program goals.
- Act as a Peer Guide for assigned Direct Support Associates, including on-the-job training and orientation.
- Maintain contact with assigned DSA for at least six months and report feedback to supervisor.
- Assist with preparation and compliance of required documentation and perform direct support tasks as needed, including personal care and transportation.
