The Program Specialist works closely with management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule by continuously monitoring the progression of workflow and deliverables, evaluating project progress, preparing reports and providing status updates.

Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, plans and reports, assigning project tasks, controlling schedules of the team, creating documents, conducting research to support the products of the department and providing general administrative support for various departmental services.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
