Job summary

Ameren Illinois is seeking a program management professional to review data, develop implementation plans across the portfolio, and ensure vendor invoices and contracts are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, or engineering.
  • May waive Bachelor's degree for six or more years of directly relevant experience, or for candidates with an Associate's degree with four or more years of directly relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience required for Program Supervisor, Energy Efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with Advanced Excel and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze program data and provide recommendations related to program management and design.
  • Lead development of implementation and project plans across the portfolio, including business, residential, and strategy & innovation.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and manage contract compliance.
  • Coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulatory stakeholders, and industry groups to support energy efficiency objectives.
  • Oversee program data quality, quality control, and presentation of data.
  • Track program metrics and prepare status reports on progress, timelines, budgets, and goals.
  • Lead development, implementation and tracking of projects using project management best practices.
  • Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response.

Job description

  • Responsible for first line review of program data and information and provide analysis and recommendations related to program management and design as requested
  • Lead development of implementation and project plans across the portfolio, including business, residential, and strategy & innovation
  • Review and approve vendor invoices
  • Manage contract compliance
  • Coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting
  • Maintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial business relationship with customers, regulatory stakeholders, professional groups, and industry allies in support of Ameren Illinois’ energy efficiency objectives
  • Oversee program data quality, quality control, and the presentation of program data and information
  • Support internal and external program communication and outreach needs
  • Track program metrics
  • Prepare status reports to accurately monitor progress against program objectives, timelines, budgets, and goals
  • Lead the development, implementation and tracking of projects using project management best practices
  • Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
