Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Security Manager to oversee a contract in Nebraska. You will act as the security lead on the project site, implementing the Construction Security Plan (CSP) and coordinating with COR/AO and contractors.

Requirements include US citizenship, TS/SCI with SCI eligibility, and 10+ years in security-related work, plus PMP and IC-sponsored courses. Leadership on DoD or federal programs is needed.

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• At least 10 years in security-related fields (construction, counterintelligence, QA, or supervisory construction).
• Must possess PMP certification.
• Must complete IC-sponsored CST course.
• Must complete IC Site Security Manager course.
• Minimum 5 years leadership on DoD or federal security programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as single security point of contact for the project/site; implement CSP.
• Receive orders from COR/AO affecting security operations; follow them.
• Develop SOPs and special instructions for construction surveillance.
• Ensure security integrity of the construction site.
• Develop and implement CSP with COR coordination.
• Conduct daily and periodic CSP compliance inspections.
• Coordinate with construction contractor on safety and security.
• Notify COR of unmet requirements and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure inspection processes for persons, packages, vehicles, etc. entering secure areas.
• Lead a team of Entry Control Monitors, Observers, Lead Observers, and Construction Surveillance Technicians.

Job description

Amentum is a leading provider of enduring support for the essential missions of the U.S. Government, its allied partners, and international organizations. We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Security Manager to oversee one of our contracts in Nebraska. Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact regarding security on the project or construction site and be responsible for implementing all aspects of the Construction Security Plan (CSP)


• Receive and implement orders or special instructions from the COR or the Accrediting Official (AO) concerning matters that affect the security operations of the site


• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Special Instructions governing the construction surveillance function


• Ensure the security integrity of the construction site


• Develop and implement the CSP in coordination with the COR


• Conduct daily and periodic security inspections to ensure compliance with the CSP


• Work with the construction contractor to ensure safety and security of the construction site


• Notify the COR if any construction requirements cannot be met, along with viable proposed courses of action to rectify the situation


• Ensure that processes are in place and responsible for ensuring that all persons, packages, boxes, crates, vehicles, or other means of introducing material onto the secure areas are inspected for questionable or prohibited items


• Manage the team of Entry Control Monitors, Observers, Lead Observers, and Construction Surveillance Technicians.

Qualifications:

• US Citizen possessing a US Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.


• Have at least 10 years of experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Construction security surveillance; Technical Surveillance Countermeasures; Industrial or Government security involving counterintelligence; Construction quality assurance, or hands-on supervisory construction experience.


• Must possess a PMP Certification


• Must have successfully completed an Intelligence Community (IC) sponsored Construction Surveillance Technician Course.


• Must have the ability to complete an Intelligence Community (IC) sponsored Site Security Manager Course.


• Must have a minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience on DOD or other Federal Government security programs.

Compensation Details:

100,000 - 180,000
