Peraton is seeking a dynamic Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to support full-scope security compliance in the Silver Spring, MD area. Peraton is looking for a dynamic, well organized and highly motivated individual with prior relevant experience to serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to ensure full-scope program support and compliance in the Silver Spring, MD location. The FSO will be responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to policies, practices, and procedures of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Special Access Program (SAP) manual and for implementing the policies, practices, and procedures contained within. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
