Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Analyst to support our Marine Corps Systems Command contract at Quantico, VA. The role focuses on protecting program information and ensuring compliance with DoD guidance.

You will develop security plans, classify information, coordinate with DoD agencies, and support multiple security workstreams under tight timelines, requiring TS/SCI clearance and strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of related experience (additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
• Traditional security (0080) background: Information Security, Operational Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security.
• Advanced working knowledge of Office 365 products.
• Experience with planning, executing, and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret policy and provide recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment to meet critical timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the MCSC Acquisition Program Security Lead (APSL) to ensure that all technology protection document development, updating, and staffing are accomplished as depicted in the Program’s IMS and as described in DoD guides.
• Participate in Security Working Groups to identify CPI and mission critical functions and components per DoD directives.
• Develop and update Program Protection Plans per DoD instructions and guides.
• Assist the APSL in developing a Security Classification Guide (SCG).
• Review program documents for proper classified and controlled unclassified information identification and markings.
• Assist the APSL with development of a system-specific OPSEC plan.
• Coordinate with the APSL for all outside agency support to the programs.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Analyst to support our contract under Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) out of Quantico, VA.

MANTECH is responsible for assisting our Government customer and ensuring that material solutions developed or acquired by MCSC are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the MCSC Acquisition Program Security Lead (APSL) to ensure that all technology protection document development, updating, and staffing are accomplished as depicted in the Program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and as described in the Department of Defense Technology and Program Protection Guidebook and the MCSC Acquisition Security Guidebook.

• Participate in the various Security Working Groups to identify critical program information (CPI) and mission critical functions and components as required by DoD Directive 5200.39 and described in the DoD Instruction 5200.44.

• Develop and update Program Protection Plans (PPP) as required by DoD Instruction 5000.83 and described in PDUSD Memorandum, “Document Streamlining – Program Protection Plan (PPP),” July 16, 2011 and the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook.

• Assist the APSL in developing a Security Classification Guide (SCG), as needed.

• Review program documents for proper classified and controlled unclassified information identification and markings.

• Assist the APSL with development of a system specific Operations Security (OPSEC) plan.

• Coordinate with the APSL for all outside agency (e.g., Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Naval Criminal Investigate Service (NCIS), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), etc.) support to the programs.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of related experience (additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

• Traditional security (0080) background: Information Security, Operational Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security

• Administrative skills (Advanced working knowledge of O365 products)

• Experience with planning, executing, and managing multiple projects

• Ability to interpret policy and provide recommendations

• Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment to meet critical timelines

Security Clearance Required:
