Job summary

LMI seeks a Junior to Mid-Level Program Scheduler to support a federal program management office in the Washington Metropolitan Area. You will create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across programs and integrate schedules across portfolios in the PPM tool.

The role requires 3–8 years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred. Please note that only U.S. citizens are eligible for a suitability determination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or information management
• 3-8 years of experience in scheduling.
• Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively solve complex problems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Target salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 . Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
