Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance through the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Network with Life Cycle Support departments to generate an executable path for a competitive Hull Planning Yard.
• Regularly brief Life Cycle Support Directorate leadership on vision and path forward for the Columbia Hull Planning Yard.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to drive working group actions toward deliverables for the customer.

Electric Boat Department 411 Life Cycle Programs is seeking a motivated individual to join our Model Based Planning Yard Team. This team is responsible for the transformation of the Life Cycle Directorate to utilize Model Based designs and implement Model Based solutions supporting our customers both internal and external.

About This Group

Model Based Planning Yard is a new team focusing on driving efficient uses of Model Based Tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Technical Variance Documentation. This team is tasked with capturing, pioneering, and prioritizing all Life Cycle Support Directorate efforts associated with becoming the leading Model Based Planning Yard in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program

Role Overview

The Program Representative will leverage a network of Subject Matter Experts in the Life Cycle Support Directorate on Submarine Hull Planning Yard programs and processes. Using this network, the Program Representative will guide the directorate to a common vision of maintaining the COLUMBIA Class and inform the customer on direction, cost, and benefit of the current Planning Yard programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Applicant will network with all Life Cycle Support departments to generate an executable path towards being a competitive and effective COLUMBIA Class Hull Planning Yard
• Applicant will regularly brief Life Cycle Support Directorate leadership on vision for path forward for advancing the COLUMBIA Hull Planning Yard
• Applicant will coordinate with various Subject Matter Experts in the Planning Yards and drive individual working group actions towards deliverables to the customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance through the DoD
