Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking a Program Representative to promote our programs and secure referrals through community outreach. You will learn about Youth Villages' services, strengthen marketing skills, and pursue opportunities to meet census goals in your region.

The role focuses on building relationships with psychologists, schools, and community providers, handling pre-placement assessments, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social services field is required.
  • Master’s degree in a social services discipline is preferred.
  • Experience with community-based services is required.
  • Basic computer knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Meets or exceeds census goals in assigned region.
  • Builds relationships with community providers and referral sources.
  • Conducts pre-placement assessments and communicates progress to stakeholders.
  • Engages in outreach through informational meetings, open houses, trade and agency shows, and other community activities.
  • Responds to customer service needs and monitors satisfaction.
  • Maintains ongoing contact with referral sources through presentations, meetings, calls, emails, and mailings.
