State of South Carolina's Department of Corrections seeks individuals to develop, implement, oversee, instruct, and evaluate agency sanctioned programs. The role includes assisting in the creation of specialized programs, recruiting community volunteers, and teaching courses with inmate peer-facilitators.
Four weeks of SCDC Basic Training are required upon hire. A high school diploma with relevant program experience is expected; a bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
