Qualifications

• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
• Strong initiative and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and solve problems.
• Strong administrative skillset and proficient in MS Office.
• Setup, access, and maintain security documentation as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical and administrative functions in support of the E2/C2 ITT.
• Schedule and coordinate conference rooms for unclassified and classified meetings.
• Working knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
• Check clearances, verify visits, and send visits as needed.
• Issue visitor badges to all visitors.
• Be the back up to the Security Coordinator for issuing building access badges.
• Open/Close Labs and Secure Conference room as a support function with the Security Coordinator and other ITT members.
• Understand how to receive and sign for classified packages.
