Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience leading complex programs or projects.
  • Experience with products (Equities, Fixed Income, OTCs, ETD, Repos).
  • Proficiency in data analytics, interpreting models and providing continuous insight for program execution.
  • Proven experience in conflict management, facilitating discussions and creating win–win solutions.
  • Advanced computer literacy to use technology effectively in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, using data to understand issues and opportunities and develop priority strategies.
  • Experience with Market Data Instrument lifecycle, including market-listed (CUSIPs, ISINs) and OTC instruments (Derivatives, Repos, Time Deposits, CFDs).
  • Experience with Corporate Actions and the impact on instrument data over time, and instrument changes.
  • Ability to investigate instrument data issues across instrument mastering and pricing.

As a Program/Project Manager within RIO Operations, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various business units. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs. Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units.
  • Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor program progress, make informed decisions, and direct necessary adjustments to ensure the successful delivery of program commitments.
  • Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives.
  • Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, and collaborating to resolve any arising issues.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Seasoned experience with products (Equities, Fixed Income, OTCs, ETD, Repos).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units, typically demonstrated through 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.
  • Proven experience in conflict management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate discussions, and create win‑win solutions using collaboration or negotiation strategies.
  • Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, with the ability to use data to understand issues and opportunities, evaluate potential scenarios, and collaborate on strategy and priority development.
  • Experience with Market Data Instrument (this includes experience across lifecycle of instrument for both market listed: CUSIPS, ISINS and OTC instruments: Derivatives, Repos, Time Deposits, CFD’s).
  • Experience with Corporate Actions and the corporate action event impact to instrument data across time series and instrument changes.
  • Ability to investigate instrument data issues across instrument mastering, instrument pricing.
