Job summary

ProSync is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager III to oversee day-to-day execution for a U.S. Navy customer, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and teams at ProSync Technology Group.

This role requires 15+ years of program management experience, DoD/Navy leadership, and a Secret clearance or higher; the candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk, cost, and performance, and report to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as senior project/program leader supporting a U.S. Navy customer, overseeing complex technical and programmatic activities.

Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:

• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Oversee program strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Conduct senior‑level briefings and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage program risk, cost, and performance.

• 15+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment.

• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
