Essential Function

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, planning, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects and programs including engineering projects, equipment installation, new product introduction, facility projects, and cost‑reduction initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead program areas and related projects to solve complex business problems.
  • Build solutions that improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights for management through data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure execution, manage risks, and assure adherence to project schedules and performance to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
  • Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
  • Prioritize projects based on overall organizational goals.
  • Oversee the status and overall health of projects, creating plans to return low‑performing projects to track.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure program objectives remain current and that risks are identified with mitigation plans.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Ensure all project tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Identify risks, problems, and off‑track situations and resolve or elevate to management.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Organize and coordinate with stakeholders across functional areas to gather information and requirements for projects while aligning with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams and business functions to deliver solutions to customers with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ensure integration of technical and operational components to drive results and seamless execution.
  • Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented environment through open communication, problem solving, and decision making.
  • Lead problem‑solving sessions to resolve complex issues, minimizing disruptions to timeline and budget.
  • Drive continuous improvements by analyzing lessons learned from previous projects and applying best practices.
  • Perform tasks related to special projects or assignments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience in project or program management.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and use data for decision support.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP.
  • Experience with Planview Project Management Tools.
  • Demonstrated successes with lifecycle program management in engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with engineering principles, supply chain processes, manufacturing processes, quality control, and product development.
  • Excellent organizational skills, conflict resolution, negotiation, and the ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and manage cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management skills and leadership abilities supporting completion of target deliverables and KPIs.
Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds and routinely up to 10 pounds. Must maintain close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, wet/humid conditions, and moderate noise is common.
