Key Responsibilities:

• As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
• This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
• Expert proficiency in Core Banking is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Risk Management and Scope Management is suggested.
• Lead the planning and coordination of project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex challenges and drive project success.

Basic Qualifications:
