Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Level 3 or 4 to lead schedule, resource, and cost analysis across programs. You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), perform EVMS, IBRs/JSRs, and present recommendations to leadership.

The role requires a TS clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years (or a master’s with 3+ years) in planning and scheduling, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and other scheduling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling, or Master’s with 3+ years.
  • Level 4: 8+ years with bachelor’s or 6+ years with master’s.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
  • Prepare and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Interface with cross-functional teams and leadership; present recommendations.
  • Conduct IBRs and JSRs audits; provide weekly status and reporting.
