Job summary

Crankstart seeks a Program Officer to support housing security and public-private partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage active grants, steward relationships with grantees, and research and recommend housing security grants in collaboration with nonprofit providers and advocacy groups.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant, professional experience in housing security, affordability, or pro-housing policy.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a track record in social impact projects.
• Understanding of how public systems, private markets, and nonprofits interact in the SF Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Manage active grants and relationships with grantee leaders.
• Research and recommend housing security grants with nonprofit providers and advocacy groups.
