About this Role

The Program Officer at Episcopal Health Foundation is instrumental in advancing the foundation’s strategic objectives by managing a diverse portfolio of grants and initiatives that address health inequities within Texas. This position requires translating the high-level strategic vision of EHF into actionable outcomes that are effective and sustainable, meeting emerging opportunities in community health. The role is central to establishing and maintaining trust-based partnerships with grantee organizations, peer funders, and leaders in healthcare and non-medical health drivers. Program Officers work closely with stakeholders to foster collaborations and drive change in health systems through actionable and strategic endeavors.
