Job summary

Colorado Treatment Services, LLC in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Program Nurse to join our compassionate treatment team. You will dispense prescribed medications, maintain dispensing equipment and inventory, and accurately report patient treatment information to the medical staff.

Ideal candidates hold a current LPN or RN license in the applicable state, current CPR certification, and have experience or interest in chemical dependency treatment.

Qualifications

• Current & good standing LPN/RN license in the state of application.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in chemical dependency preferred; self-motivated with a positive attitude toward individuals in substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately.
• Maintain dispensing equipment and inventory, ensuring security of controlled substances.
• Consult patients regarding their medication regimens.
• Assist medical director in patient care tasks including physicals, labs, and recording results.
• Maintain reports as required by state and federal regulations.
