Job summary

Cross Country is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to deliver high-level service to field staff, approved suppliers and client facilities. You will support scheduling, assignments, and staffing coordination across shifts while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The role requires 1–2 years in staffing, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, and preferably healthcare or call center experience. Company provides equipment and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Develop and foster excellent relationships between clients and field personnel.
• Ensure client concerns are resolved promptly and uphold the company's reputation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

BASIC PURPOSE

The Staffing Coordinator provides the highest caliber of customer service to our Field Staff, approved suppliers and to our client facilities.

During scheduled shift he / she will ensure maximum productivity for assigned facilities whilst maintaining optimal rapport with all client contacts, at the health care organization and approved supplier partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide first level support to field staff, approved suppliers, and facility customers
• Operate efficiently and effectively with a sense of urgency to carry out tasks; on an individual and in a team setting
• Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements
• Offer assignments at client facilities to qualified field staff or approved suppliers.
• Manage all staffing activities between field staff or approved suppliers and clients by calling, emailing, and utilizing other staffing platforms and tools
• Manage open orders and fill open shifts with qualified staff
• Communicate all updates in a timely manner to field staff or approved supplier and facility customers
• Remain aware of discrepancies in staffing schedule and report patterns to the managers and/or local office as necessary
• Develop and foster excellent relationships between clients and field personnel.
• Ensure field staff and/or client concerns are resolved in a timely manner; uphold our Company’s reputation by demonstrating standards of excellence.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years’ experience, preferable in the staffing industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook. Database and/or automated program experience a plus
• Previous healthcare and/or call center experience preferred

Education: High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
