HealthCorps is seeking a Program Manager - Workforce Development in West Virginia to lead the day-to-day delivery of career exposure components, coordinate with partners, and ensure strong program execution across clubs and schools.
You will collaborate with the Curriculum team, manage campus events and field trips, and support grant reporting while traveling throughout West Virginia to engage with communities and youth.

As Program Manager - Workforce Development,you'llown the day-to-day delivery of the career exposure components of this initiative, working alongside our core Teens Make Health Happen clubs.You'llcoordinate closely with our national Curriculum team to bring healthcare career content to life in West Virginiaclubs, plan and execute career exposure events, andhelp keep the career assessment and coaching process running smoothly for our students.
This is very much a build-it year, and your focus will be on the West Virginia program. At the same time, the work you do here is expected to contribute toHealthCorps' national footprint in workforce development, and over time, this role is expected to take on more of that national scope.
You will report to the Program Director of Appalachia.

This is a full-time exempt position with an anticipated annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated leadership, and federal grant management expertise. HealthCorps offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and ancillary benefits. Yearly compensation for this role is determined based on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
This is a remote based role with heavy travel throughout West Virginia. You do not need to live within a specific city, but you do need to be close enough to travel frequently and reliably across the state. Local and regional travel may account for a significant portion of your time. Position may require some afternoon or evening hours and occasional overnight travel.
