The WK Kellogg Foundation is seeking a Program Manager for Mississippi Programs to advance place-based grantmaking and strengthen partnerships with grantees and the communities they serve.
You will support Program Officers in leveraging Foundation dollars for maximum impact on children, families, and communities, while helping to refine grantmaking processes, strategy, and relationships across internal teams and external partners.
The Program Manager for Mississippi Programs offers an extraordinary opportunity to drive progress of the Southern Team’s place-based grantmaking work both internally within WKKF and externally with grantees. The role will provide exposure to the inner workings of philanthropy, opportunities to improve upon grant making processes and strategies, and opportunities to steward relationships with grantees and the communities they serve.
The Program Manager will support and engage with Program Officers in their work to leverage the Foundation’s dollars for maximum positive impact for children, families, and communities.
Salary range is $66,000 - $83,000. Actual starting salary of candidate will be commensurate with years, breadth, and depth of relevant experience, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
