Job summary

Tripoint Solutions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area seeks a Program Manager for the DoWEA Education Platform modernization initiative. You will lead contract management, customer engagement, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise education technology solutions.

You will coordinate cloud, applications, data integration, cybersecurity, and operations while ensuring compliance with federal policies. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale Federal IT programs.
• Experience leading cloud modernization, application development, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Experience supporting the Department of War Education (DoWEA).
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical and program management teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, contract management, and customer engagement for the DoWEA modernization initiative.
• Serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and Government leadership.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in cloud infrastructure, applications, data, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, QA, and contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and DoWEA policies including 508 and enterprise architecture.
• Prepare executive briefings, status reports, metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive Agile, DevSecOps, and industry best practices to improve processes.
• Monitor risks and mitigate to deliver successful outcomes.
• Foster collaboration across stakeholders and Government organizations.

• About the Role: This position is being recruited in anticipation of a contract award. The Program Manager provides overall leadership, management, and technical oversight for the Department of War Education (DoWEA) Education Platform modernization initiative, serving as the primary interface with Government leadership while ensuring successful delivery of enterprise education technology solutions. Location: * Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)
• Candidates must reside in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. This position follows a hybrid work schedule and requires onsite support at a Government-designated location in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Clearance Requirements: * U.S. citizenship is required.
• Applicants selected for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Government background investigation and all applicable security requirements. Salary Range: * The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$170,000 annually.
• Final compensation has not yet been determined and will be based on factors including contract award, position requirements, the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
