Assure compliance with regulatory commitments, if applicable. The Program Coordinator also addresses emerging industry and/or regulatory issues pertaining to assigned program(s). **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES** The major functions of the Program Coordinator are:* Managing - Manages complex Program aspects for short and long term health of plant components and/or processes.* Planning – Establishes an implementation plan for the Program and obtains approval from impacted groups to signify support for the plan* Scheduling - Assures Program schedules are developed and maintained. Assures proper progress and focus through frequent interface with functional groups charged with executing the Program.* Certain Program tasks involve highly complex problem solving techniques and require advanced application of practices and methodologies. Program Coordinator will provide leadership of small groups to resolve these complex issues. Available guidance generally does not normally exist to fit problems encountered and advanced technological skills are required to provide solutions. Works with minimal supervision.* Provide technical direction and leadership routinely to other engineers involved with the program; serve as a mentor. Starting pay is calculated from the minimum of the salary range and actual individual placement within the range is determined based on the candidate's experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the role. The level and final offer will also take into account the candidate's overall qualifications. ## **INCENTIVE COMPENSATION** This position is eligible for an annual at-risk compensation (ARC) incentive plan.
