Job description

RevolutionParts is not just a pioneering force in the automotive eCommerce realm; we're actively seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our squad of Revolutionaries (yes, that's what we call ourselves!). As leaders in providing streamlined, user-friendly solutions, we empower automotive brands to maximize online sales. Our commitment to technology, top-notch customer service, and a profound understanding of the automotive market sets us apart. If you're ready to revolutionize the eCommerce space for automotive parts and accessories, consider joining our dynamic team of Revolutionaries.

The Role

RevolutionParts is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Account Manager) to own the end-to-end success of our largest and most strategic OEM and Auto Group partnerships. Operating as the general manager of assigned partner programs, the Program Manager is accountable for overall business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, partner retention, and contractual commitments. This role goes beyond traditional account management. The Program Manager proactively develops and executes program strategies, establishes business objectives, leads cross-functional initiatives, and drives accountability across internal and external teams to deliver measurable results. The Program Manager is not simply responsible for managing relationships or coordinating activities. They are accountable for leading the program, driving business outcomes, and ensuring successful execution across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong automotive industry knowledge, business and financial acumen, executive relationship management, and disciplined execution to maximize value for our partners and RevolutionParts.

AI Fluency & Modern Tooling

At RevolutionParts, we expect team members to actively use modern tools — including AI-powered systems — to improve decision-making, productivity, and quality of work.

This Includes
  • Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving
  • Exercising strong judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and ethical use
  • Continuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities evolve

Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own assigned OEM and Auto Group programs from onboarding through growth, optimization, renewal, and expansion in order to give each partner program a single accountable owner across its full lifecycle, so nothing falls between handoffs.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, including strategic priorities, financial objectives, operational KPIs, and growth initiatives in order to align each program to clear, measurable goals instead of reactive day-to-day management.
  • Maintain accountability for overall program health, business performance, contractual commitments, and partner success in order to ensure commitments to partners are met and issues surface early rather than at renewal.
  • Drive program GMV, revenue growth, profitability, and expansion opportunities across eCommerce and marketplace channels in order to grow the value of each partnership for both the partner and RevolutionParts.
  • Own program forecasting, performance analysis, and financial planning in partnership with Finance and Analytics in order to give leadership a reliable view of program performance and what to expect next.
  • Identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and translate performance insights into actionable strategies in order to turn program data into prioritized growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Support, and other internal teams in order to mobilize teams that do not report to this role around partner priorities.
  • Translate program objectives and partner requirements into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes in order to convert partner needs into work that gets scheduled, owned, and delivered.
  • Drive execution, manage dependencies, proactively resolve risks, and ensure accountability for program deliverables and commitments in order to keep programs on track and prevent missed deliverables from damaging partner trust.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and relationship owner for OEM and Auto Group partners, building strong relationships from operational teams through executive leadership in order to create trusted partner relationships at every level that hold up through leadership and personnel changes.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning, program governance, and ongoing performance discussions in order to keep partner executives informed and aligned on results, priorities, and next steps.
  • Manage partner expectations, proactively address business risks, and drive retention, renewals, and long-term partnership growth in order to protect renewals and recurring revenue from the largest partnerships.
  • Monitor and improve critical operational KPIs, including dealer participation, order fulfillment, cancellations, customer experience, and program efficiency in order to strengthen the day-to-day program performance that drives partner satisfaction and revenue.
  • Identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to strengthen program performance and scalability in order to fix root causes so programs can scale without a proportional increase in effort.
  • Oversee new program launches, integrations, channel expansions, and contractual deliverables to ensure successful execution in order to deliver launches and expansions on time and as contracted.
  • Own program performance reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and communication of results against established targets in order to make program results visible and hold the program accountable to its targets.
  • Leverage data and market insights to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and recommend strategic and operational improvements in order to direct effort toward the opportunities most likely to move results.
  • Maintain consistent program governance, stakeholder communications, action tracking, and timely escalation of risks in order to prevent issues from going unnoticed or unresolved and keeps stakeholders aligned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Role
  • Program revenue and GMV growth (actuals established with each OEM)
  • Program profitability.
  • Partner retention.
  • Operational performance.
  • On-time delivery of commitments.
  • Achievement of strategic business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise program management, customer success, or related business leadership roles.
  • Strong automotive industry experience, preferably working with OEMs, large dealer groups, and automotive parts and accessories programs.
  • Proven experience owning complex partner programs, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive execution without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong financial acumen, including business planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience managing executive relationships, contractual commitments, strategic partnerships, and renewals.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, digital marketing, marketplaces, and automotive aftersales operations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and program management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Physical Requirements Of The Role
  • Sitting: Frequent to constant; extended periods at a desk/workstation, with normal ability to stand or stretch at will.
  • Screen Time / Near Vision: Frequent to constant; primary duties are computer-based, including CRM platforms, spreadsheets, presentations, and video conferencing.
  • Hearing & Verbal Communication: Frequent to constant; in-person and video meetings, executive business reviews, and collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Fine Motor Skills: Frequent; regular typing, mouse use, and handling of standard office and travel equipment.
  • Lifting / Carrying: Occasional, up to 25 lbs (laptop bag, travel luggage, presentation materials).
  • Travel: Occasional: periodic travel to partner sites, industry events, and RevolutionParts offices to support business reviews and program governance.
  • Work Environment: Mix of indoor, climate-controlled office settings and variable environments while traveling (partner offices, conference venues, airports).
