The Opportunity: We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and inspiring leader to join our Sequencing Solution as the leader of defined project teams and a core member of the corresponding Life Cycle Team (LCT). You will be leading projects and development for the newly launched AXELIOS platform and shape the future of the product portfolio. You will have the opportunity to provide cross-functional leadership to global project teams from project initiation to Launch Decision (LD) and execute tailored product development strategy aligned with Life Cycle Team objectives. You will develop strategic options according to the principles of time, cost, and risk and addresses technical, regulatory, business, and operational needs. You will facilitate and drive team debate and discussion around key issues that determine product quality, functionality, or schedule and decide on system development pathways in accordance with cross-functional evaluation and risk assessment. You will deliver a seamless transition into later stages of development by ensuring early planning and cross-functional involvement/communication in the early product development strategy. You will monitor team performance and coach and develop individual members.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Santa Clara, CA is $177,500- $412,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
