Program Manager, Senior The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to support Department of Defense (DoD) contracts? Are you adept at DoD acquisitions and contract strategy? As a Program Manager, you'll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives and ensuring our clients' mission is our mission. We're looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the Government client. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on critical Space Force programs. You'll help the DoD manage programs and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll orchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining consensus, you'll lead meaningful acquisition support. You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience with DoW acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, including making decisions or recommendations for cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
  • Experience with identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, and opportunities, and managing handling plans
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks, and learn and solve problems quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience planning and executing cloud infrastructure program
  • Experience complex DoW acquisition, systems engineering, digital transformation, or cloud modernization programs
  • Experience with IL4, IL5, or IL6 environments, including classified and disconnected environments
  • Experience with working with DoD space, SATCOM or satellite ground systems
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
